7pm and 9pm evening Shows: 7 out of 10 are performed by amateurs, mediocre at their best. NOTE: The world class bar mixology class run by Charlie was amazing… I highly recommend it. Waste of time at the last day of the cruise when we checked the account. We had to wait in line and wait until the Guest Relationship person contact the bar and verify the mistake and get a refund. And of course, we were charged twice, one for the cancelled class and the other for the rescheduled one we attended. Mixology class: cancelled without prior notice, the bar tenders decided to cancel it when we arrived on time because not enough people signed up. Bars: overcrowded, need to wait 15 minutes for a drink and can order one drink per person at a time. Solstice deck: no gate (used by all people) and no bar and no hot top/plunge pool and by the basketball court, so noisy. This 4th cruise, although the positives are many, but here I am mentioning ONLY the negatives and why we are disappointed and dissatisfied so people can make an informed decision for their future cruise or which stateroom to pick and for the company to IMPROVE and CORRECT the mistakes that we had to experience. Our last 3 cruises affirmed that, and we were very satisfied and actually impressed. because it meets our lifestyle sort of relaxing and luxury and we do not mind paying the hefty price for that. Before I start with the details of the disappointment, I just want to mention that we picked Celebrity Cruise Co.
